How about having a rest?休息一下怎么样？

(3)Let's（not）+动词原形…

Let's go home by bus.让我们坐公交车回家吧。

Let him not come in. =Don't let him come in. 不要让他进来。

(4) You should…: 你应该

You should practice speaking English. 你应该练习说英语。
