上周五，我像往常一样在"米休兔"学英语。下课时，老师给我们布置了一个新的学习任务——录音打卡。

我听后分外惊讶，便大声问道："为什么？"

老师说："因为打卡可以使你的'英语朗读水平提高，同时也可以培养坚持学习的好习惯。"

紧接着，老师介绍了打卡的时间为二十一天，每天大声朗读三十分钟，如果有一天没打，就算弃权，如果打卡成功，则奖励十元钱。"

我听后，心里一阵小激动："啊！十元钱，那可以买好多零食呀！"于是，我毫不犹豫地举手报了名。

可是，一回家我就后悔了，打卡时嘴不停地念着，一下也不能停下来，读得我口干舌燥，心慌意乱，嗓子冒烟，我真后悔呀，真是自找罪受！

第二天，我又硬着头皮读了起来，但是，这次已不像第一次那么难受了，读完后甚至感觉轻松了好多。

就这样，日复一日，渐渐地，打卡成了我每天生活的一部分，我的英语朗读水平逐渐得到了提高，朗读起来也越来越流利，妈妈听了以后还以为是放录音呢。

录音打卡过程虽然有些辛苦，但是很充实，很快乐，还使我的朗读水平提高了，还得到了妈妈的表扬，我为自己的坚持点赞，这不正是“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒”来吗？

Last Sunday 上周日

Yesterday was Sunday， I didn’t go to school， but I was busy。

In the morning， I got up at eight o’clock， then I ate breakfast。 After breakfast， I cleaned my room， it was dirty but it is clean now。 In the afternoon， I played badminton with my friends。 In the evening， my sister and I ate some cookies， ice cream and drank some juice and milk， but I didn’t like chocolate。 After finishing my homework， I watched TV and listened to music。

I had a good time last Sunday！

Visit to the Primary School

Yesterday afternoon, my teacher led ten students to a poor primary school in the suburbs. I was one of them. We got there at 3 o'clock and they were in class. So we went to the office first. We took some books, stationery and gadgets for students. We gave them to the school principal directly. I was a little surprised by the environment. There's no gate, no playground and only one building with eight rooms, six of them for classrooms and one for office, the another one for cooking, because some students eat their lunch at school. After a short chat in the office, we went to the classrooms and attended to class. They were all concentrated but the students of Grade One were a little naughty. They moved in chairs often and sometimes talked with neighbors. After class, students gathered on the front of the building and they were pided into five groups that each of them contained two of my classmates. We told stories, sang songs and played small games. All of my classmates were impressed by this visit and we hoped that we could go there again.

昨天下午，我的老师带领10名学生早乡村一所贫穷的小学。我也是其中之一。我们三点钟到那，他们正在上课。所以我们就先去了办公室。我们给学生们带了一些书，文具还有小器具。我们直接把它们给了小学。那里的环境使我有点震惊。那里没有门，没有操场，只有一座有八间教室的建筑，其中六间是教室，一间是办公室，另一间是厨房，因为有的学生在学校吃午饭。在办公室聊了一会后，我们就到教室里上课。他们上课都很专心，但是一年级的学生有点调皮。他们经常移动椅子，有时候还和旁边的人讲话。课后，学生们都聚到教学楼前面，分成五组，每组有两个我的同学。我们给他们讲故事，唱歌和玩些小游戏。我所有的同学都对这次拜访印象深刻，我们希望能再去那里。
