俞夏曾经说过的话
“几年前，我还迷茫在枯燥的工作中，躺在医院病床上看天花板，还是一个不起眼的胖子。我对生活的要求仅仅是找到个爱我的人，在一间小但温馨的房子里生活。赚不多但足够过日子的工资，没车手拉手坐地铁也一样开心。上天连这样简单的幸福都不愿意恩赐给我。那时候我很胖，还不知道减肥，想的只是要活下去。在黑暗中等天亮是很难熬的，时刻伴随着他人的呻吟，如果用四个字形容，我那时的生活是一潭死水!”
“跟男朋友手牵手坐地铁这样简单的要求都没有满足，归根到底，就是长得不好看!我改变不了社会，只能改变自己了!”
“那段日子过得很纠结。每个月减3-5斤之间，不能吃东西，只有小黄瓜小番茄，你懂的呀。”每天坚持一小时运动，一天跑步一天做瑜伽。她还强烈推荐一种在办公室做的下蹲运动，“要是不好意思，就去洗手间做”。
以前我穿34或36号的裤子，你可以想象吗?现在我穿25号的牛仔裤!
。“看着差不多的，家庭背景过得去的，就想稍微谈一谈，结婚算了。于是跟他们吃饭，一次二次三次都没问题，几次之后，这些男人的劣根性就出来了，比如同时跟别的女人看电影……”

“我其实一开始并不知道自己说话的姿态和腔调在电视里的效果”，不过回到上海后，麻烦了，她躲在家里两天不敢出门，“公司楼下的保安，楼上公司的男人都跑来围观，公司电话接到的全是找我的……”
：“《金枝玉孽》哪里都会上演，更何况是《非诚勿扰》，每个女孩子都憋着去‘抢男人抢镜头’，善良就会被围殴，我一不小心出位就被羡慕嫉妒恨死了!”
：“台上一些女孩子的职业都不太正规，淘宝上开个店，平日给影楼或者淘宝拍平面，她们有成名的欲望。就像之前那个13号，想踩我上位。”。”“她们是有备而来，我是被动接招，这要看一个人的还击能力，否则就是我出丑。电视台不会因为我出丑把这一段剪掉，这是他们最喜欢的镜头。”俞夏说，“能够在职场上一路走好的人，在台上那些根本不算什么。”

。“这些人打电话无非就是我想跟你聊聊，白相相，猎奇。”俞夏挺了挺胸，总结一下现在身边“追求者”的类型，一是因为外貌，二是她有知名度，带出去有面子;第三种，纯粹是因为“我想跟你聊聊”。
“有些女孩子生来就是白天鹅，有些从小就是丑小鸭，如果是丑小鸭，就只能通过加倍努力来获得别人的认可。但这两种人的心情是不一样的，我想我会特别珍惜现在获得的东西。”俞夏说。
“内心很保守，外表很风骚，想变成一个坏女孩。”
