准备好了吗?我们时刻准备着。自从来到中学的那一天起，我们每个人就肩负起了一种使命，一种追求卓越的使命，一种战必胜、攻必克的使命，一种不达目的决不罢休的使命。使命在肩，责任如山，我们一直在奋斗者，前进着。终于，憧憬已久的这一天到来了，为梦想冲刺的一天来了，拼搏的季节终于到了。

应该说高三一年是艰巨的。每一天我们都必须过的忙碌、紧张而充实，每一分、每一秒都是我们的阵地，都是我们赶超别人的机遇。

这一年我们面临多次考试，而我们必须珍惜每一次，因为每次考试都是我们扬剑出鞘的时机;而同时我们要养成一种淡然的心境，大将风度;不为成功而满足，因为那是失败的前兆，不为眼下的失败而懊丧，因为每一次失败中都孕育着下一次成功的机会。

有人说，高三是艰难的，我不这样认为，因为胸怀梦想、斗志高昂的人，最感到欣慰的就是奋斗的过程。

高三会教给我们奋斗，每个人都有无尽的潜力，每一个人都有无穷的提升空间，不经过一年血战，也许我们永远发现不了自己身上蕴藏的能量。所以高三注定是精彩的'一页，我们会留下最美丽的奔跑的身影，谱写生命中最灿烂的奋斗诗篇。

可以说，中学的学生属于胜利，我们的学哥学姐已用铁的事实给出了的证明。高考就是战场，如今身处高三的我们是冲锋在最前线的战士。我们的任务，不仅仅是将胜利保持下去，还是要将他举到前所未有的高度，不打折扣的超越前人。

同学们：大家下午好!很荣幸来参加你们班的期中总结班会。

我的第一个建议是：你应该承认高三是你人生的转折点。可能还有些同学孩子得过且过，或犹豫不决，表现在行动上是听课走神，作业落实不好。其实在你们面前路不是很多。

你试想一下，第一条路你能马上出国留学吗?事实上决定出国学习的同学已经都走了，学托福的学托福，学雅思的学雅思，基本上已经准备的差不多了，都快走了。因此这条路被Pass掉了。

第二条路你能拼爹吗?如果你有一个好爹妈，能找个熟人拖点关系上个大学，但也不可能是好大学，或者也只能在自主招生中加点分，但这也帮不了多少。当然很多人没有这样的好爹妈，当然即使没有你也犯不着回去责怪他们。因此这条路也基本上被Pass掉了。

第三条路你是富二代吗?即如果我家很有钱，有企业将来也不愁没出路，也不用上什么大学吗。其实没有或者极少，你们中绝大多数都是父母用工资含辛茹苦抚养成人的，因此你们也做不了富二代。这第三条路也被Pass掉了。你无路可逃了，其实你还是比较看重自己的成绩得，还是比较希望依靠自己的奋斗来赢得自己的地位和尊重，也就是说你注定不会裸奔的。

我的第二个建议是：学习中抓落实很重要。有一个数学式子很有哲理：0.9365=0。意思是说假如每天你学懂学校要求的90%，一年下来你其实明白的非常少。试想一下，你们中很多人其实听课听懂了90%了吗，作业得分到达90分了吗，总结反思知识和方法掌握了90%了吗，我想我要现场调查的话，你们中很多人会选择沉默。那你会说，老师按您说我们都完蛋了?不会的!关键是你们的态度，如果你要向你的目标迈进，你要变化，你要发展，你做出正确的行动。

比如，从提高听课效率，提高作业质量，积极答疑总结等方面紧跟并达到或超过教师的教学要求，如果一次达不到，多来几次复习，在前面那个式子前一个系数m，也是可以趋向于1的，相信你，你要马上行动起来，抓好落实，一步一个脚印的，只要你得行动越坚决，你重复的遍数越多，你肯定能行的!

我的第三个建议是：学习中意志坚定尤为关键。有一个保龄球效应很有说服力。10+10+10+10+10+10+10+10+10+10=300。就是说如果你意志很坚定，每天你的表现可以得到满分，那么最后高考你一定是黑马，你会创造奇迹的!因此，我有了奋斗目标，有了行动计划，这个计划有短期的，长期的，当然是很好执行的科学的计划，只有你坚持不懈地走下去，你肯定有成功的一天的。

李开复说：做你的自己!你可以说，高三了，做的你自己，拼了!你可以说，为理想拼了，为家庭拼了，为社会拼了，其实都是为了你自己!

在路易·威登14岁时，村子里来了两位打扮时尚的年轻人，他们嘲笑村民们衣着老土，“这个鬼地方怎样月亮都显得那么肮脏”！这些话深深地刺伤了路易·威登，他决心要去巴黎，看看那里的人和月亮究竟有什么不一样。

一路颠沛游离，路易·威登最之后到巴黎，却发现那里的月亮并不比家乡的干净圆满，人们的装扮倒让他大开眼界。这个赤贫的孩子在巴黎无亲无故，生活异常艰难困苦。之后，他竟饿倒在一家高档皮箱店门口，好心肠的店主将其救起。他醒来后，抓住机会，请求店主收留他当一名店员。店主拒绝了他，经过一番坎坷挫折，路易·威登最终在巴黎找到了第一份工作，当了一名普通的捆衣工。
