新年聊聊“新开始”的英语口语

1. wipe the slate clean

意思就是要将过去的.事情都一笔勾销，既往不咎。

例：Let's just wipe the slate clean for the new year.

新的一年让我们重新来过吧。

2. from scratch

意思就是之前没有任何准备，可以理解为“从零开始，白手起家”。

例：He built the company from scratch.

他白手起家创建了这家公司。

3. back to the drawing board
