报名参加测试的.人员应当符合下列条件：

(1) 具有中华人民共和国国籍，包括持有有效“港澳居民来往内地通行证”的港澳居民和“台湾居民来往大陆通行证”的台湾居民;

(2) 年满18周岁，具有完全民事行为能力;

(3) 高中毕业或同等学历及以上，包括应届毕业生。

测试采用闭卷计算机化测试方式进行，分为两场，第一场60分钟，第二场120分钟。

考生参加测试时应注意以下问题：

(1)考生必须持本人有效证件、准考证按规定的时间(以准考证所标明的时间为准)进入指定考场，并在指定座位上就座参加测试。

(2)身份证、准考证必须同时使用才有效。

(3)测试注意事项详见准考证。

报关职业水平测试分为两个科目：

(1)报关基础知识，主要测试对外贸易及对外贸易管理、海关及海关管理、报关及报关管理等知识、总分100分，测试时长60分钟。

(2)报关业务技能，分为进出境报关、保税加工报备报核、进出口商品归类、报关单填制、进出口税费核算五个模块，总分200分，测试时长120分钟。
